Just posting this link to a well-recognized source of quality supplements and research (Life Extension), for those who may want an online source - or just desire a One Stop Shopping source for any reason. https://www.lifeextension.com (Just put the product name into the search bar and a list of what they have for each will come up). Their products include all those noted in today's 2nd series Class 2 zoom (Multi Vit/Min w/an array of B complex and that also includes Zinc and Selenium; Omega 3 Fatty Acids (though I get mine from liquid Cod Liver Oil); Creatine capsules; Resveratrol, and also Acetyl-L-Carnitine (the latter, though, we need to wait for Solano clarification as several people heard/assumed he meant other things; this is just what I'd written down as he spoke). You may also be able to get free shipping on orders of $75 or more and these products, especially when ordering more than one month's worth can add up. Hope this helps.

This is great info Claire. Thanks! Also, I saw your question about the class schedule. Yes, it is intentional. Many (especially the Europeans) go on holiday in August. Peace and Blessings! LD
Two additional notes about the supplements. First, Check the instructions. For example, I've always been taught to take my usual vities & min supplements with meals, and that is fairly typical for most standard supplements. However, I've just noticed that Acetyl-L-Carnitine says (well, at least my Life Extension brand) that it's best to take on an empty stomach with water approx. 45 mins before eating. I'll be changing up that schedule for me. Second, Solano is concentrating primarily on brain support, so there are basic items necessary, such as sufficient calcium and magnesium - While taking a multi vit/mins provides a great amount to make up and supplement for food sources, even in the Life Extension brand you won't find sufficient (or any) calcium and magnesium. I've always been taking a separate cal/mag supplement to ensure I'm getting the 1000/500 ratio. Turns out that also makes my doc happy, too. (One of the few things we've agreed on 😉 😅)
Thank you all for your input regarding supplements. In Germany I use the company AllVital for organic supplements since many years. I have just found another company while looking for Reservatrol: Sunday Natural. They have a clean one. Just another hint for good health: Keep your Vitamin D3 and Storage iron level high in your blood. And: I am very grateful that we have this platform now. I am sure we get used to it. Love and good health to you all Irmgard.
Another bit of news: Phospholipids are in various food sources, but very richly present in Lecithin.
Claire - this is great! Solano did clarify that it is the Acetyl L-Carnitine. And he also added phospholipids. As to your wonderment about getting this out to everyone. Well, it will probably take awhile for the bulk of people to adopt and learn to navigate this Forum. I would say, if you wish, to use the email list that has been created for this particular class series for broader distribution. Peace and Blessings!
Thanks a lot, Claire. Just to add that some can be covered by nutrition as well. Below some non-exhaustive examples:
Reservatrol: ex. red grape juice or wine :-), peanuts, blackberries
Selenium: ex. eggs, nuts, oat flakes, broccoli, sunflower seed, chia seed
Vit. B: ex: yeast containing products, nettels, beer
Omega 3: fish, linseed + linseed öil, chia seed
Zinc: fish, oysters,
I then heard:
- creatin: fish and meat
and cicatrin but which puzzles me as it is rather to fight infection....so better to wait for clarification, indeed.
Thank you!!! I am one who has tried vitamins, etc. only to stop after awhile.
Thank you Claire
